Vital CxNs is a non-profit redesigning systems of care by centering community-led solutions in Boston. Together, we built website that could meet the depth and ambition of their work: highlighting their Systems Change Model, lifting up initiatives and pathways for engagement, and establishing Vital CxNs as a bold, credible leader in the health equity space.

Alongside the website, we expanded their visual identity — evolving the original color palette for greater flexibility, developing a cast of bespoke illustrations and brand patterns, and introducing a new typography system that balances accessibility with boldness. The updated system had to move fluidly between institutional audiences and grassroots communities without losing clarity or warmth.

The result is a website and brand presence that feels polished, inviting, and ready to grow: a platform that honors the radical work Vital CxNs is leading, and opens the door for even greater impact.
